COMPLAINTS & RETURNS LEO

RETURNS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. You may withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days (or 30 days for parcels delivered in the United Kingdom or Switzerland) from the day on which you receive the goods.

2. You may use the model withdrawal form or submit any other unequivocal statement. Send it by post to:

3. You have 14 days from the date you send the withdrawal statement to return the goods or provide us with proof of dispatch (e.g. a postal receipt). Please return the goods to:
LEO Sp. z o.o., Dobrzechów 446B, 38‑100 Strzyżów, Poland.

4. Please return the goods in their original packaging, where possible, and suitably protected. Lack of original packaging is not a condition for accepting the return, but you are liable for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from inadequate protection. A corrective invoice will be sent electronically to the e‑mail address you provided.

5. The returned goods must be in an unchanged condition, packed so that they are not damaged in transit, and must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; you are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling other than as necessary for that purpose (Article 13(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

6. We will reimburse your payments without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method that incurs no costs. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of their return, whichever is earlier. The refund also includes the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered, if it was paid.

7. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods (Article 33), unless we agree otherwise. We will reimburse the original delivery cost up to the amount of the cheapest offered option.

8. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts where the subject of performance is a non‑prefabricated item made to the consumer’s specification or intended to meet the consumer’s individual needs.

9. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and after being informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

COMPLAINTS

1. If you discover a defect in the purchased goods, you have the right to complain for lack of conformity. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years from delivery; any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the first 12 months is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

2. Complaints may be submitted:
• in writing to LEO Sp. z o.o., Dobrzechów 446B, 38‑100 Strzyżów, Poland; or
• by e‑mail to info@drone-voyagers.com.  

Please photograph the damaged product(s), describe the defect and send the photos and description by e‑mail. Before returning the product, please contact us to agree the most convenient return method (this is not a condition for processing the complaint).

3. We will respond to the complaint as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days. If you do not receive a response within that period, the complaint is deemed justified. If the complaint is accepted, the goods may be replaced, repaired, their price reduced, or-if the defect is significant-the contract may be rescinded.

5. We recommend inspecting the parcel in the presence of the courier and drawing up a damage report-this will facilitate the procedure. Lack of a report does not limit your statutory warranty rights.
